Currently, I am requesting mp3 files of the following albums so that I may share them on this very nice blog:
* Fred Lane w./ Ron 'Pate's Debonairs - "From the One That Cut You" (Say Day-Bew Records/ShimmyDisc - 1983)
* Ollie Joe Prater - "Renegade White Man" (Laff Records - 1984)
* Howard Thomashefsky - "It's Tough to be Gifted, Jewish & Black" (Laff Records - 1972)
* George Cromarty - "Grassroots Guitar" (Thistle Records - 1973)
* George Cromarty - "Wind in the Heather" (Dancing Cat Records - 1984)
* Alix Dobkin - "Lavender Jane Loves Women" (Women's Wax Works - 1973)
* The Liberated Wailing Wall - "We Were Like Dreamers" (Hineni Ministries Inc./Jews for Jesus - 1976)
In all my years of puttering around record shops from Boston to L.A. to Seattle to Chicago, I have yet to see Zooey fluttering through the air in any given one of them.
I would notice. Trust me on this. Goodness gracious.
